Welcome to Sip Pics. These Terms of Purchase apply to all orders placed through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Product Information

Sip Pics offers premium bottle adornments — elegant, decorative pieces designed to enhance the presentation of wine and other bottled beverages. Our beverage art is made for aesthetic purposes only and is not intended for consumption or direct contact with liquid contents. We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible, though slight variations in color or finish may occur due to differences in lighting or screen settings. All items are subject to availability.

2. Ordering and Payment

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is submitted, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund. By completing your order, you authorize Sip Pics to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed at checkout. All prices are listed in USD. Sales or promotions apply only during their promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks of your order date. If you’re purchasing a custom design, please note that these take more time. Custom orders require up to 1–2 weeks to process, followed by our standard shipping time. I do my best to get everything out as quickly as possible, but custom work takes a bit more care.

Please allow extra time when ordering, especially if you’re shopping for a special occasion.

We offer free standard shipping throughout the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. For international orders or custom requests, please reach out directly. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

Non-Delivery: We carefully track every order as it ships. If something doesn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help — but we do ask that you notify us in writing within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the items that were not delivered. We’re unable to offer compensation beyond the value of those items.

Delivery Issues: Sip Pics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. Sip Pics cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect contact or shipping details. If your order is a gift, please be sure to enter the recipient’s shipping details at checkout.

4. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I’ll do what I can to make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, branding, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Sip Pics and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent. Sip Pics products are intended for personal or gifting use only. They may not be resold or repurposed for commercial or misleading use without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sip Pics is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.

7. Force Majeure

Sip Pics is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or interruptions in supply chains or shipping services.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. For information about how your personal data is collected and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Purchase from time to time to reflect changes in our products, policies, or applicable regulations. The last updated date will always be displayed at the top of this page for your reference. By continuing to use our website after any updates, you agree to the most current version of these terms.
